We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase at the Zero Drive store. Please present your original receipt, and we will make every effort to provide you with a refund or exchange.

Returns Policy

Items in unopened condition, with original packaging and accompanied by a receipt within 3 days of purchase, are eligible for a refund to the original payment method or an exchange. Please note that items that are opened damaged, or not in a resalable, condition may not qualify for a refund or exchange. Valid photo ID may be required for confirmation.

Exceptions to our Returns Policy include

Returns, exchanges, or warranties for items without a receipt may not be accepted.
Clearance or sale items are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

Where to Return or Exchange Products

Return or exchange products at any Zero Drive store within 3 days. Locate the nearest store using our Store Locator.

Online Store Purchase

Online store purchase items will be refunded and exchanged through the Online Store. Please note that items that are opened, damaged, or not in a resalable condition may not qualify for a refund or exchange

Exchanges

Exchanges follow the same process as product returns. Bring the product to any Zero Drive store within 3 days, in its original condition and packaging, along with your receipt. Refer to our Returns Policy for comprehensive details, including exclusions and exceptions.
